13ELL from DCA is born and raised in Kyoto, Japan.

The song “GO AHEAD feat. SNEEEZE” released in 2018, was chosen for the BMX freestyle

event song for Tokyo Olympics and gained tremendous exposure and popularity.

3rd EP released in May of 2019 called “CANDY DATE” ranked in 1st on Hip Hop genre for

both iTunes & Apple Music Japan. The originality delivered in his works with pertinency in

rhymes, demonstrates not only his knowledge, but skills developed

through “Life”. His career has contributed in sublimating the genre, establishing reputation

in the scene. The expression “Unsigned Hype,” may best describe 13ELL as a rapper in the

industry.
